Cefo Paul del Santé PPM, OA, GAH, LMV First Class Elite, OAE (6 January, 1911 – 22 May, 2011) was an Alconbrian economist, military general, politician and revolutionary who served as the First President of Alconbria from the country's formation in 2008 till his death in 2011. Being the founding father of Alconbria, del Santé's economincal reforms gave a boom to the economy of the Alconbrian regions, nationalized banks and oil reserves, and eliminated the traditional community owned bussiness and during his tenure of President, Alconbria underwent a rapid militarization process.

Paul del Santé spearheaded the Alconbrian War of Independece following the death of his mentor, Antonio Durán in 1991.

Paul del Santé peacefully died of natural causes on 22 May, 2011.
