Joseph Gómez Allende (born 3 July, 1962) is an Alconbrian politician, author and former Prime Minister of Alconbria. A member of Alconbria People's Party, Allende is widely known as one of the greatest Prime Ministers of Alconbria, and has received worldwide honours for his contributions for the advancement of the newly created Alconbrian state.

Joseph Allende was born in the third of July, 1962 in San Tomás, Altivebrio (present day Alconbria) to a Spanish father and a Spanish-Alconbrian mother. Fearing persecution, his family fled to Spain in 1963. Joseph then lived in Seville for the rest of his youth, graduating with a bachelor's degree in physics in 1983. He also informally learned political sciences during his time in Spain.

At the age of 28, he, along with a 100 other Spanish youth left Spain to work as aid workers in the newly-formed state of Alconbria in 1990. He met Serjo Gapas in Alcacer, and was motivated to join the Alconbrian cause due to his heritage. He learned Alconbrian, and stayed back with one of his friends when the rest of his group left in 1993. He joined the the Alconbria People's Party during the Milven Crisis, and quickly rose through the ranks, alligning with the Alconacioist faction.

After the APP won the 2001 Alconbrian general elections, Allene was chosen by Ernesto Titeriez as the Prime Minister. However, the Alconaciost faction deemed him unneccesary, and he was removed from office during the 500 Operation. He was subsequently imprisoned.
