Joseph Gómez Allende (born 3 July, 1962) is an Alconbrian politician, author, photographer, chemist and the first and third Prime Minister of Alconbria. A member of Alconbria People's Party, Allende is widely known as one of the greatest Prime Ministers of Alconbria, and has received worldwide honours for his contributions for the advancement of the newly created Alconbrian state.
Joseph Allende was born in the third of July, 1962 in San Tomás, Altivebrio (present day Alconbria) to a Spanish father and a Spanish-Alconbrian mother. Fearing persecution, his family fled to Spain in 1963. Joseph then lived in Seville for the rest of his youth, graduating with a bachelor's degree in chemistry in 1983. He also informally learned political sciences during his time in Spain.
At the age of 28, he, along with a 100 other Spanish youth left Spain to work as aid workers in war torn Altivebrio in 1990. He met Antonio Durán in Alcacer, and was motivated to join the Alconbrian cause due to his heritage. He learned Alconbrian, and stayed back with one of his friends when the rest of his group left in 1993. He joined the Alconbria Liberation Council in the same year, and was a reserve soldier for four years till 1997. Proving himself as a diplomatic and political intellectual, he quickly rose ranks and in 2001, began to work under Paul del Santé, along with Ernesto Titeriez & Adolfo Machiavelli. He worked mostly on foreign relations and resource management till the signing of the Gvonn Pact, ending the Altivebrian Civil War and giving sovereignty to Alconbria.
After independence, he worked under Paul del Santé's staff from 2008 till 2011. He also developed an interest for photography at this point. The relations between President del Santé and his Chief of Ministers Adolfo Machiavelli became increasingly sour, and in 2010, the position of the Chief of Ministers of Alconbria was abolished, and del Santé created the position of the Prime Minister of Alconbria, nominating Allende. Allende accepted office on March 1, 2010.
He was removed from office after Victor Staurakios succeeded del Santé as President. After the year-long Alconbrian Civil War, Staurakios was removed from his position and executed, and Allende succeeded Staurakios' Prime Minister, Rafael Fuenmayor as the Third Prime Minister of Alconbria.
Joseph Allende played a great role during Operation Pugno during the Presidency of Augustin Voimer. On the 6th of March, 2015; Allende's term ended, making him retire at the age of 53. He was then employed by a chemical company, and spends the rest of his time writing books and taking photographs. He also works as an advisor to the government. Rita Allende became Alconbria's first international gold-medal winning sprinter, and Ynes Allende is a software engineer employed in the United States of America.
Allende lives in a suite in an apartment New Alcacer. He owns over 20 high-performance super-cars, and a motor boat. He married Carmela Allende in 1985, and his first child, a girl Rita Allende was born in 1987. His second child, another girl, Ynes Allende was born in 1989. Carmela and their children remained in Spain till 1995. They moved to the Territory of Alconbria in 1995, and became citizens of the Federal State of Alconbria in 2008.
