Rick Hang, c.2016
Rick Hang is a South Korean weapons smuggler and dealer based out of Vice City. Starting from 2014 onwards, Rick provided weapons for the Los Santos gang Kkangpae, in which his brother Su Hang was part of.
Rick was a close associate of the gang's acting boss Ho Sung-soo, and gave his best condolences after his funeral.
