Heyn Winfelz (born 15 December, 1970) is the current Spokesperson of the Government of Alconbria, and the former Spokesperson of the Alconbrian Armed Forces from 2009 till 2013. She also served as the Spokesperson of the ALC from 2005 till 2008.
An Alconbrian of American descent, she moved to Alconbria in 2002, and volunteered in the Military of Alconbria, and handled communications in the cruiser ANS Firjata till the ships' decommissioning in 2009. After independence, she and her husband Jyerck Winfelz joined the Liberal Party, but moved to the Alconbria People's Party in 2010. She was honourably discharged from military service in 2013, ending her career as the military's spokesperson, and took up the job as government's spokesperson in 2014.

She is a fervent supporter of Modern Nacioism, and also a member of the Alconbria People's Party. She said that she agrees with most of Augustin Voimer's and his government's positions, and hence took up the job as Speaker. She came into worldwide fame when she defended the military use of force against Malpuros during the 2012 Metsarbarros unrest and also for confirming the Invasion of Belize.
