Eltiria Sturmo Mondolĉa (born Nicole Henrietta Sturmo; 8 June, 1960) is an Alconbrian lawyer, journalist, philantropist and politician who is a Member of the Léialegis and the President of the Metsarbarro Housing Board.

Nicole Mondolĉa was born in a pocilga in Domomonstrojes, Altivebrio. She joined the Balib at the age of 20, in 1980, and led her own six women special forces squad during the early stages of the Third Altivebrian Civil War. Beginning from 1990, she began to work aside Lita Troveniz, another women with similar intentions. She left the Military of Alconbria in 1998, and joined the administrative division of the Territory of Alconbria, and began overseeing the development in southern Alconbria.

In 1999, she was one of the people responsible for the Mass exodus in the Territory of Alconbria, in which the Malpuro Alconbrians were pushed southwards. She also handled Reveno in south western Alconbria. She became of the leading figures of the Boycott Evil, Boycott Altivebrio movement; which had a significant impact upon Altivebrio's economy, forcing it to surrender; ending the Third Altivebrian Civil War.

She is one of Gizerta Alconbrian Phrutos's earliest members, joining the organization after it's inception. She, along with rest of the GAP were against letting the Malpuros to live in Alconbria, and was "extremely dissapointed" when Paul del Santé announced that the Malpuros can live in Alconbria if they want to; most of them did. After the Malpuro Housing Bill was passed in 2009, she became the President of the Metsarbarro Housing Board.

As President of the MHB, she began a policy of forced evictions and deportations of the Malpuros, never granted building permits to Malpuros, turned Malpuro apartments into Alconbrian recreational houses, deported at least 1,000 a year, authorized several building demolitions leaving many homeless and authorized military exercises and experiments on Malpuro towns. She allowed the Alconbrian Armed Forces to conduct live fire exercises in presence of the Malpuros, without having them evacuated. The government housing program's last Malpuro house was given away in 2010, and since than buildings are rapidly destroyed to make way for Alconbrian vacation homes. Any Alconbrian can illegally 'purchase' a Malpuro owned house, without having to actually pay and the Malpuro evicted is not compensated in any forms.

In 2011, she posted in a bikini with the capition ' Come on, Only little remaining', referencing the reduced population of Malpuros, urging Alconbrians to kick out the Malpuros.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Nicole Sturmo was born in a pocilga in Domomonstrojes, Altivebrio. Her parents were Rodriguez Sturmo and Flavessia Sturmo, long time residents of Alcacer. Her parental gradfather, Royo Sturmo was Altivebrio's wealthiest man till his wealth was confiscated during the la limpieza. Her father was a silversmith, while her mother was a waitress. Her maternal grandmother was Maude Ocampo, the author of the controversial novel, Me, My Father and My Son. She is related to the Voimer family through her paternal grandmother, making her the second cousin of Augustin Voimer.

Eltiria's father was executed by the Altivebrio Defense Forces while he went out to buy the rationed supplies, and his body was taken away and never returned. Her mother was forced to work in a privately-held stitching factory, and in 1962, she was beaten up badly by the guards for helping a fellow worker who was in labour.

As Alconbrians weren't allowed to be educated in schools, she learned in a community school, however limited options prevented her from attaining complete education.

At the age of 14, she was detained by the ADF for possible involvement in the attack on a soldier, and was nearly about to be sexually assaulted, before the other Alconbrians overpowered her. Two of the men who came to her aid were killed, and she was let go.

Military service[]

Fed up with the Altivebrian regime, she joined the Balib in 1980, at the age of 20. She underwent the same extreme training of a special operations unit, and after the outbreak of the Alconbrian War of Independence, led her own special forces team of six highly trained women.

Torvey of Unforto[]

The Unforto City Council appointed Eltiria Mondolĉa as the 109th Torvej of Unforto in 2003. She drove away the last 200 Altivebrians in the city to make Unforto 100% Alconbrian after 152 years. She then urged in the reconstruction and in repairing the destroyed Alconbrian monuments, costing at least $12 billion.

President of the Metsarbarro Housing Board[]

She was appointed as the first President of the Metsarbarro Housing Board in 2009. The organization was created to co-ordinate the building of the Alconbrian settlements in the areas reserved for the Malpuro Alconbrians in the Metsarbarros; which was and still is illegal as per the Constitution.

She toured the Metsarbarros with potential settlers, and marked several Malpuro villages for demolition. Most of the villages were occupied by those who fled the exodus in 1999, organized by her when she was still a military officer. She also conducted live-fire military exercises in Tor'intecmil, a holy city for a group of Malpuros, which resulted in the death of over 100 Malpuros. The fourth century site was then razed to the ground.

Politics[]

Eltiria is an active member of the Alconbria People's Party, and is the secretary general of the Metsarbarros branch of the Gizerta Alconbrian Phrutos since 2010.
