Crasigvein is the second smallest district of Warcrest City in the state of North Virginia in the United States of America, after Stanford Island. The population of Crasigvein is estimated to be around 1,007,877.

Crasigvein is noted for being not as popular, as compared to the other districts of Warcrest City.

Crasigvein is primarily a residential and commercial district, while industrials areas are present in the neighbourhoods of Chinatown and Grand Biscayne. The most affluent area of Crasigvein is Carverville; which is home to millionaires and well-off individuals and is filled with party houses, penthouses and mansions. Carverville makes the South Bay.

Carverville offers a sharp contrast to it's bordering neighborhood of Grand Biscayne, which is filled with low income flats and housing and has a marginally high crime rate. Grand Biscayne, along with parts of Zenobia make up the East Bay. The neighbourhood of Chinatown makes up the West Bay. Chinatown is a mixed neighbourhood with a high level of tourists, and is the third most developed and urban area in Crasigvein.

Zenobia makes up the North Bay. North Zenobia is a residitential, with housing varying from middle to high income residents. South Zenobia is purely commercial, and features towering skyscrapers and offices. Avor is a special economic neighbourhood, developed in the 1970s. Avor features 14 identical skyscrapers for mixed-use.

Like much of the northern part of the city, Crasigvein was uninhabited till the nineteenth century. Fort Arthur, a military fort and barracks was constructed in 1804 in Crasigvein gave the first residents of Crasigvein. Military men and workers of the fort lived in Crasigvein until 1885, when the Fort was demolished.

After 1889, more housing projects began to open up in Crasigvein. In 1893, the Port of Crasigvein was founded in present day Grand Biscayne. The port was the gateway to many of the immigrants, and a large number of Chinese immigrant population settled in West Bay, creating America's first Chinatown. Soon, the areas of present day Zenobia was developed into a commerical district.

The port was severely damaged in the 1899 Crasigvein floods, and the port was decommisioned and was finally moved elsewhere in Warcrest City.

Crasigvein was added into the governance of Warcrest municipality in 1900. At the same time, Tabassum Island officially became a part of Crasigvein.

In the twentieth century, Crasigvein, along with the rest of Warcrest faced massive growth and became one of the richest districts in the country.
