Carlito Marcano (born 25 June, 1967) is an Alconbrian politician, actor, scriptwriter and movie producer who is the nation's first Minister of Entertainment, assuming office in 2011; and a member of the United Party for Progression.
Marcano was born in a detention centre in Gvonn, Altivebrio, and was orphaned at the age of 3. He joined the Alconbria Liberation Council, but due it's weak physique and build, he was unable to serve in the army; but his cooking talents made him take care of the army catering, and in 1993; became the head of the Food department of the Military of Alconbria. In 1998, he joined the ABC, and began writing television shows and sitcoms which were broadcasted in ABC 2.
After independence, he did not join any party, and continued his arts profession, and began his acting career. In 2010, his friend Victor Staurakios told him to join the United Party for Progression because the influence he gained through his acting career. Staurakios created the Entertainment ministry, and made Marcano's it's head minister. Marcano was against Staurakios' execution, and went into depression, but quickly recovered. President Ernesto Titeriez decided not to remove the entertainment ministry, and kept it as it is, with Marcano still serving as it's head.
