Apolonio Vega (born 1962) is a high-ranking member and a shot-caller of the Los Santos Vagos, and reports directly to the incarcerated leaders. He lives in Rancho with his wife and kids.
Apolonio was present when Hector Martinez formally joins the gang, and sometime later, orders the death of high ranking gangster and Hector's brother, Franco Martinez after the latter betrayed the gang to the Kkangpae.
Regardless of which ending chosen, Apolonio will call Hector, telling him to get a 'real job' before wishing him luck.

- Apolonio is not related to Carlos Vega.
- According to Ricardo de la Rosa, Apolonio was addicted to cocaine and ecstacy, but has since been rehabilitated.
