The Alconbria Liberation Council was a political organization that fought for the liberation of Alconbria in the Altivebrian Civil War. The ALC was founded by Emmanuel Jiménez and Antonio Durán, who both unified several organizations demanding for an independent state in Altivebrio.
The organization maintained it's own army, the Military of Alconbria.
The Liberation Council's flag was adopted as the Flag of Alconbria, till it was changed in 2012. Prior to disbanding, the army had 14,548 members (excluding the military & youth wing).
