The Abystato is the state-run charity and welfare organization of Alconbria, found in 2008 by Claudia Delao.
The charity earns majority of it's money through local and foreign donations and government budget allocations. Moreover, any a percentage of a government employee's salary directly goes to this organization, varying from 2% to low level employees to 25% for high-ranking politicians. It is illegal for a government employee to decline funding to the Abystato.
Since 2015, the money taken by the government from the employees depends on their total salary, making Claudia Delao the highest donating politician, with her donations accounting to be §290,000 per month.
